We do not make your personal information available for any other company or individual. Your email address will not be released to any other party. When you email us, you automatically consent to receiving an electronic communication from us.
We are happy to offer shipping to any U.S. state, as well as Canada. We do ship internationally (please check our rates).
All shipping costs will be prepaid by the buyer. The shipping quote will be offered at the checkout.
We ship via UPS ground, 2nd day air and next day delivery (where available). We do not ship to P.O.Box addresses.
Attention!!!
All Chocolate gift baskets may not be available in hot months (approx. May--September). Chocolate products that are included in other gift baskets (not all chocolate baskets) may be substituted for cookies or other heat resistant sweets, such as hard candy.
Orders placed before 1p.m. (EST) will be shipped the same day. If you have place your order after 1p.m. (EST), it will be shipped the next day.
All baskets will be shipped in separate boxes for safety.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not satisfied with our products, you can return them within 14 days of delivery (basket should be packed in its original pack as delivered). You will receive the refund within 3-4 business days after the return of the item.
To proceed with the return correctly, please, contact us via our contact information and explain the matters of your situation as well as to give us the tracking information on a returned package.
If you have received a damaged item, we will gladly send you a replacement of the same item. In the event that it is out of stock, you can pick out any other item of the same value.
OUT-OFF STOCK ITEMS
Even though we are proud to announce that we keep a great variety of products in stock, occasionally certain items can be placed on back order. You will be notified via email if this occurs.
If you do not wish to wait for item availability, you may cancel your order. If we do not hear from you in regards to your cancellation before the item is shipped out, we will assume you agreed to the shipment delay.
If we are unable to deliver the item within 30 days, your order will be automatically cancelled and refunds issued. If only part of your order was cancelled, refunds will be issued accordingly (for the cancelled item(s)).
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept Money Orders and Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express). All credit card orders are subject to final verification and approval.
Each order will be security checked, verified and confirmed before shipment. It may take 1-5 working days, depending on the payment type and data provided. We will confirm the availability of your order the same day if it is placed before 1p.m. (EST) and the next business day if placed after 1p.m.(EST). All the items will be shipped after the verification and approval process is complete. All orders will be shipped after the funds are received from buyer's financial institution.
You will be notified via email in regards to your approval and shipment.
PREPAYMENT POLICY
All orders must be prepaid. Credit Cards can only be used in the USA and Canada.
There will be no surcharge for your credit card purchase. Please, be sure to provide all of your information correctly, otherwise, it could lead to a delay or a cancellation.
We occasionally distribute coupons, discounts and other promotions of our web-site. If you do not wish to receive any information from us, please contact our customer service with such request. We also use your personal information when there is a need to contact you in regards to your order. The financial information you provide will be used only to bill you for the products and services you have requested.
